Haha! Well, you'll be happy to know we're pretty much done with it so today will be our first day playing with Eleanor. A few nights ago we went through a bunch of her parts that we've accumulated over the last 4 years. It was like Christmas all over again!

We had a great first day. While we wait for the wiring harness to arrive, we will begin to put on some of the parts we already have. Today we installed the tail lights, drip rail moldings and mirrors. The tail lights were a pain but we made it. The repro drip rail moldings fit great, we don't know what the fuss is all about. For $63 a pair from CJ Pony, in my opinion you can't beat that.

So I had a thought, you could lay out all the parts that you have and take a picture... but that is a crap ton of work I bet, but it would look pretty cool!

We put the parts on a shelf to keep them from getting stepped on.



We installed the FatMat a few days ago and then started on the side stripes last night.
