Default 64-66 dashpad molding to windscreen

Hi all,

since i talked about it earlier. I am looking for the modling between dashpad and window. Like this one:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/65-66...Q5fAccessories

however I am convinced that the 64-66 is a different part than 67-68. Can someone confirm? is it possible to modify the 67 to fit 64?
or does anyone know where to get 64-66? they don't seem to be produced. would Glazier Nolan have them?

I'm pretty sure that 65-66 is different than 67-68. Are you missing yours?

Hey kalli,

I have an extra, but I'm not sure of its condition. I'll try to dig it out if you want it. Not sure what shipping to Ireland would be, but you can have it if I can find it.

PM me if you want it and I'll find it.

64-65 is different. You can only get these parts used. J J mustang had a set or two in Chattanooga a few months back. I just painted mine mustang black and put them back on..

tx65coupe: ya. car never had them since I received it. was missing the eyebrows as well and dashpad was hell. but i could find them, no chance for the molding.

TexasAxman: that would be brilliant. I couldn't care a rats **** (sorry) about shipping if I could get them. I'll send you a PM

The upper 64-66 moulding and 67-68 are different, but plentiful used, And the 64-65 lower stainless trim is findable, and of course is available new.

i have once ordered the 67-68 for a buddy who never needed it since the car was sold.
Are you saying I could mount that one? if yes, I'd just take that one and save TexasAxman to crawl around his shop to look for it ?!

not yet buddy. Don't have the paint. I was thinking I could paint it black and then install it. I was too busy with the Shelby drop. So I'm hoping to have a go at it next weekend or maybe after work, but it doesn't stay bright after half 6 anymore ... Not really sure what colour it should be as I never had one ... Thanks a million again!
