Question Headliner Bow supports

Need some help, with all the mustang resoration dealers I am having trouble finding the bow support rod for my 71 fastback, any one know where i can purchase? thanks look foward to your feed back.

Headliner bows? You'll need to find these used, they are not available new. Have you called Glazier Nolan?

www.mustangbarn.com I think they have a salvage yard etc for tough to find parts.

Not that Im ready to do headliner, was just thinking, is removal of windshield and rear glass needed?

The factory glued the ends in to the window channel it can be done with out pulling the glass but its harder and doesn't look as good to me.

Pull the Glass! If the 71 is like a 73, your better off buying new window gaskets and taking out the window.

71-73 is the same car besides the front end change and tiny things.
