Default Back to Working on my 65 Stang-383 stroker advice

So I havent touched my mustang in a year. Its sitting disassembled in my garaged with the quarters cut off and new ones in a box right next to it. But a neighbor recently gave me a F4TE roller cam 351W and $100 for hauling a rusty E series van to the salvage yard!!
So now I want to start working on her again. Im looking for a proven map to building a 383 or 393 stroker. Ive searched and I cant find anyone with a parts list saying, "This is what I have and this is what it does."
Thanks in advance and feel free to sell me on a 408 if you want

I believe Urban Cowboy built a 408 and he is really knowlegable. i also know he has had to upgrade just about everything else.
