coupe to fastback conversion

Well I'm back on the project. Ran into a slow down when I went to start the car and it would not start. Turned out the crank case was full of water. I ended up replacing the engine. Found a good used one for 500. I'm still wondering how the guy I bought the car from got it started when he showed me the car. I checked the dip stick and the oil level was fine, no water. People that do that really bother me. He must have prepped the car to start and run when he showed it to me. I started it to take it off the trailer and after that it would not start.
Anyway, I sent the car to the frame shop to get the left shock tower pulled so it spent 4 months there. I made the mistake of telling him "No hurry". I won't do that again. I ended up having to put a cowel on the car. Headliner in, back glass in, one side glass in and that is where I'm at now. Next is the other side glass and the new windshield. One of these years I will get it done. I'm thinking of asking $18,000 when it is done. I will have to see how nice it turns out.
