65 mustang Conversion
I was wondering if anyone has heard of anybody change the coupe over to a fastback. All of my measurement say it will work but I was hoping the would be a website or someone I can talk to to see if it is feasible to do.

You can buy a fastback body from Dynacorn for about $15k. They have 67, 68, 69, and 70 available now, 65 convertible out shortly, and 65 fastback sometime next year. If you were paying to have the conversion done, this would actually be cheaper, and before you ask, no, Dynacorn will not sell you all the parts you need to do a conversion.

As all have said, it's worth it to find a fastback first. I got lucky and located a fastback roof and almost did the project but didn't jump on the deal fast enough as it disappeared off craigslist shortly after I contacted the seller. It's rare to find a deal like that though.
You're honestly better off selling the coupe and buying a fastback.
And if you're not going to do the conversion yourself (paying someone to do it for you), it will be far too expensive and not worthwhile.

If I were going to do anything to a coupe it would be the removable hard top. I saw one on ebay that looked like a fastback, but the top came off and then it looked like a convertible....kinda sweet and definetly custom!
