Funny, I have struck up a conversation with the seller again. We're talking $200.
Are the 68 frames really different than than the 67's? I know you said something 2+2, but would 67 upholstery fit on a 68 frame????

The frame for the bench should be the same, just as the buckets were the same between those years. Since it needs to be recovered anyway, I would imagine you wouldn't have any problem ordering 67 upholstery and installing that so that everything matches. Or you could have an upholstery shop make up their own based on the 67 design, then fitment isn't an issue. I would go for it if thats what you want!
