I just meant on the heads themselves..Don't want to keep beating a dead horse but hate to see you spend $1000 or more on pro comps when you could buy an edelbrock rpm or similar...Or cheap out on the heads and drop a valve and grenade the whole motor..

^^ This.

You REALLY need to look into EXACTLY what it will REALLY cost to get those Pro Comps setup, and compare it to heads like AFR or Edelbrock. You may find that for a couple hundred more dollars you get a much better head that makes more power and is more reliable.

Why not go with one of comps xtreme energy cams?

xe274hr or xe282hr ? theyll smoke that ftard cam

I don't know why I chose the F303. It's a done deal. I was advised that it would be a great cam for what I want to do. I like the performance I have seen on youtube in which it was used with a 347. Maybe I am an idiot.
