A friend asked what I thought her mustang would be worth, although I know a bit about cars I do not know much about mustangs.

Some info:
1965 Mustang Convertible. 289 CID 200 HP V-8 Engine. Caspian Blue. White
Manual Top. 4 Speed Manual Transmission.

We are the original owners. We have all maintenance records. Car has been
garaged since we have owned it. Car has been in Miami since 1969. Mileage is
152,679.

There are a lot of really nice ones on ebay listed from 15-35k, I would take a look at those and compare.

seems like it has AC, thats a nice plus. id would say 15k, cant tell from the pics but check for rust on quarters and inside the trunk near the quarters, wheel wells, frame rails, gas tank, if theirs any rust on these it could largely effect the value, you say its been garaged does it get driven regularly? otherwise gaskets would dry around tranny and oil pan and gas tank will rust. make sure the buyer doesnt find anything you dont know about!

Yeah if its rust free 15k is a good ball park number.

I'm thinking the same thing as the others. Its probably worth about 15k. If those horse shoes on the tail light panel are just stuck on, take them off if your trying to sell it.
