289 2v is it worth putting on a 4 barrel
I have a 1965 Mustang 289 C code engine, would it be worth putting on a OEM 4 barrel maniford (original cast iron off a A code engine) and a 4 barrel carb(autolite 4100 off a A code engine) keeping everthing else stock.

Hi aztecf!
Welcome to the forums. I have a '65 convertable C code and doing the 4v upgrade right now. I picked up a manifold and Autolite 4100 on ebay. I got the hipo dress up kit from Virginia Mustangs. They have a deal if you get the package. My next purchase will be the hipo exhaust manifolds. Virginia Mustang has em. My vert already had dual exhaust. I'm jazzed about the upgrade and it is giving me something to do!
