It's not a yoke Tuco, it's a rope...

I thought you had this sorted out Kalli?

A friend of mine has a very slightly bent rear axle on one side and he gets vibration from that. Do you think something like that could be your issue?

Gun and JMD ... can't thank you enough. I knew what the pinion and trans should be but the center to center measurements help a lot. not a hope mine is straight.
I was busy the last few days (and still am) swapping an engine in my daily driver (audi)
I have all weekend off and just for the fun of it I measured engine centerline and that is perfect (at aircleaner). It's pissing here so I couldn't crawl under the car.
I know I had to push the tail of gearbox to far right to get it in, but once hooked I never centered it back. This causes the need for hole in tunnel. I'm quite sure the pinion angle is a bit off but on it's own not enough to cause issues. But together with a totally crooket side by side. that might be my problem

THX AGAIN!!!!!!

Again! a big big thx for that. That's a huge favour.

yeah hopefully once you get that tailshaft down the center-line it clears up!

I did have to cut the tunnel but not on the side only about 3/4" off the front.
