the old '67 has been gone for almost a year and i am really itching to get back in a classic. i came across this and it definitely caught my attention. what do you guys think?

Fastbacks are a little harder to find these days, but that rust in the rear seat looks serious. If the rear torque boxes and rails are in the same condition, I'd pass. The sheet metal replacements will cost you ton, unless you can replace the metal yourself. Lot's of time will have to be invested aligning the pans/rails/torque boxes, and that's only on the rear end! That $1000 offer is also pretty worthless as they are marking everything up so it's probably more like a $250 discount. Besides, what kind of parts would they even have, once you've bought the best Mustang they have?

The price is better than the ones I looked at off I-55 south of Springfield this week. Looks like the place has more than one Mustang there. I've been to Edwardsville but I have not seen this place.
