If you plan to drive it a lot i would change the master cylinder to a dual bowl.

I am planning on doing a front disc swap on the car probably in the spring sometime. I will be doing a clean up on the engine compartment this winter along with redoing the whole suspension. We will be picking the car up Sat. morning. Her space in the garage is all cleaned up and waiting for her.

Nice car - looks very clean for PA - What did you end up giving for it?

We gave 12k for the car. He was asking 13,500 for it. I cleaned the car up on Tuesday evening, and with just a simple hose down and a little scrub with a cleaner the engine compartment came out pretty good. It was a big improvement over how it did look. The trunk is also very solid, and will just need cleaned up and some fresh paint. The car isn't perfect but it is very solid in the important areas.

Neither the wife nor I are factory original type people, so the plans for the car are to do the suspension and brakes over the winter, along with cleaning up the engine bay with possibly a little motor work. The possibly next winter have the car painted. The two color options right now being thrown around are white with a red pearl, or black cherry.

Seems like a very good buy. I've got a 66 vert I bought for $1500 but it was complete rust bucket (qtrs, floor, cowl, etc.) and a i6 that I'm converting to v8. I'm guessing I'm going to end up having at least 20k in it before I'm done and that with me doing most of the work.
