Dilling oversized hole for door hinge bearing?
So I got my oversized bearings and pins in the mail. I measured the bearing and got somthing like 0.49" IIRC. So now I dont know what size drill bit to use . Any Ideas?
PS Any tips on how to square up the holes on a drill press whould be cool too. Those hinges are funny shapes.
Thanks
Joe

Found this.

Guess I'll try my luck with 31/64 first. It's smaller by .0056 rather then .003 but its easier to take steel out than to put back. Any last minute suggestions?
Thanks
