I would be concerned about 2 things right off. The shock tower and the roof rust. It also appears that there is rust around the front lower part of the door. Get a magnet and check for bondo repair on the entire car. This may just be a rust bucket in sheep's clothing.

The hood looks to me like it doesn't line up And there looks like a paint descrepency around the right fender and door? Has the car been hit? Might be a good idea to run a carfax report.

I don't quite see what you guys are talking about with the front fender, It just looks like there is a reflexion of the ground on the paint. But I could just be blind though.

Ok, how much would you estimate the cost to fix the shock towers to be?

oh sweet jesus! at first i was gonna cry because my pony was crap compared to that. that interior and exterior shame mine. then i saw the wholes in the tower witch took me a while to find but wo. i don't tihnk you can simply find a sheet metal reproduction of that so IMO your best bet is to get some sheet metal and weld a band-aid. i dunno what that would cost though. as for the rest of the car, that looks like your typical restoration job. the engine bay is what draws me in. that looks fun.
