Default One Piece Headliner from Mustang to Fear

Has anyone purchased and Installed the one piece headliner from Mustang to Fear on a 65-66 Coupe?

How easy was it?

Did u use any kind of sound material in roof?

Do you still need the installation like with original style?

How is the overall quality?

Any feedback would be greatly apprciated!

I want one to, but $150 ish for shipping will put most people off.

I would even buy one if it was cut near the top for better shipping and a couple trim parts added to cover the cut seams.

It is already not correct for the car because of the added roof height, what is a couple tiny trim parts to cut the size of the thing down to save on shipping cost for those that would like that option??

Are listening Mustang to fear??? Can this be done for people that would like that option???
I'd be all over it when the time comes I need it.

I'd like something like that for my 70. You don't have to remove the windshield/rear glass to install? No rips ever? sign me up.

We made this headliner with the sole purpose of gaining 2 1/2 inches of headroom. It is very popular, but I can't see cutting it up just to make it fit in a smaller box. Now we are planing on making the 69-70 with a separate sail panel, but I just don't think it would look as nice on the 65-66 coupe. So far the higher cost to ship it has not discouraged a lot of customers. We were offering 50.00 towards shipping to help out.

We should have the 65-66 fastback done at the end of this month. As soon as we pull the coyote motor on the 69 we are working on. we will put it on the rotisserie and flip it upside down and start working on it. We just started working on the cup holder console for that model last night.

I have a couple questions before I make my decision.

Shipping costs to 48813 Business (LynnBob got me scared!)?
Does the matching windlace come with it? If not what other items do you need?
Do you need to use the insulation like in the old style headliner?
What about sound material on roof can this be used?

I'm worried about the amount of sound noise verses the old ones. Again any feedback would be appreciated
