So I think I know the welds your talking about. It seems this would not help the back lower corner. Can you give me just a little more confidence that this will adjust my problem? Thanks!

All I can tell you is drill the spot welds out and twist the door, then put a smaller pair of vise grips on the tabs to see what you have.

Ok. I just wanted to understand how pulling the outer skin on top front adjust the bottom rear. As i type it seams to make more sence. I'll give it a go. Thanks.

The aftermarket doors only have 6 spot weld on them. So it is very easy to twist the door once the tab is drilled out, trust me we do this all the time.

Still Need to do a final OK then weld. But dang good for ten mins of drilling 4 welds and prying it open a bit.

You will also notice that the rear of the door isn't curved in like a Ford door. That is a easy fix also, just take your hammer and dolly to get the desired curve.
