Default Rotor w/4.5" bolt spacing on Granada Spindle

I put 1980 Granada spindles on my 67 Mustang about 20 years ago. I now want to upgrade to some modern wheels, but the lug bolt spacing on the Granada spindles is 4.25 inches and the Mustang's is 4.5 (which I am still running in the back).

Does anyone know of a rotor/hub that will slip on the Granada spindle that has the desired bolt spacing (and will of course fit in the disk brake calipers)?

Thanks in advance.
