i have a new tachometer from auto zone. has anybody installed these i am very confused wiring is not my strong point. also i have read the directions they did not help ha. the car is a 1971 ford torino with a 91 331 carburetor conversion on the 331.

LOL..your having problems with everything LOL...next time ask for what to buy first before you go waste your money on autozone taiwan crap! what kind is it, part # etc and then we can probably help

It's been a while but as I recall

red to 12v
black to ground
green to (-) side of the coil
blue to the lights
