Default 1968 Mustang

Has anyone know what could be causeing this? Car is running and sitting still all of the sudden the sterring wheel will go crazy, turning left to right real fast and doesn't stop until you shut off the car

I would have to guess it is a valving issue with the steering box, most likely a blown internal o-ring or seal.
