On what?

I will guess a 302 since thats whats in your sig line, but yes remove the pulley and then the big bolt in the center of the balancer. Sometimes they just pull off but most times you need a puller that bolts into the holes the pulley used for mounting, never use a jaw puller ad it will pull the outer ring off.

Yes 302. Thats what I thought, just needed to make sure.

Can you help me decide on a balancer. I dont want anything expensive, stock or just over stock is good. Mine is old and I can see it jumping when trying to time it. I believe it is the 28oz. 70's block non roller

I would not spend big money on an SFI rated piece unless I was going to be on the track a lot, Summit has some that are quality at the same price as the repop stock balancer.

And yes, it sounds like a 28oz balancer.
