Default No heat but fan blows

Just like the title says my Old Air A/C/heater system blows but never warms the air. Besides checking fuses what else could be the culprit? The whole system is a year and a half old.

Forgive my ignorance but how do I do that? Put my head against the box under the glove box?

id disconnect the heater hoses on both sides and see if you can run water from a garden hose thru it

I just had the whole system flushed 2 months back so I dont think it is clogged. Engine temp last night didnt get above 165 so maybe the thermostat isnt opening all the way? I had the timing changed to keep it running a little cooler but now that the winter is here maybe I should set it back.

Check the heater core cutoff valve most of those kits have a valve that will shut the water flow to the heater core off when running the a/c check and see if that might have got stuck closed or unplugged.

Hi,
If the above ideas don't solve, go to a 180 T/S. The way I view this, that 165 is going to open sooner and will allow the coolant to circulate sooner thus not absorbing as much engine heat as a 180. A 165 is better in the summer as you need to get a jump on the heat potential.
Good Luck!

Whenever you move your control lever from 'cool' to 'warm' do you hear the "Thuwhack" of the blend door moving under your passenger side dash?
