That's too bad. If it truly is a hipo motor, the matching date-code intake and carb would make the whole package more valuable.
Really, the value in the motor isn't the power output, it's the value to someone who has a K-code chassis and needs a matching engine.

Spears67stang - I hope you didn't sell that motor, or sell it too cheaply. Even without the original carb & intake it's worth $5K all day long in used condition.
