Default 1970 Mustang disc brakes

I'll start by saying hello I'm new to the forum. I just recently bought my very first classic car and my very first Mustang. It is a 1970 Mustang coupe with a 351 Windsor engine a c4 transmission. Im planing on doing a full restoration and Im wanting to upgrade the drum brakes to disc. Was there any year with disc brakes that the parts would be interchangeable with my car.

Thanks Tim

Probably either not a c4 or not a 351w since the 351s came with an fmx.
Let us know your engines and trans codes to be sure.

You can keep those D0OA Spindles (70 Drum Brake), BOLT on the 67 Shelby style 4 Piston per caliper, 11 19/64" Rotors, Cruise.

You could get a setup from a Granada. Cheap, easy and works like a charm.

Both codes are on the door data plate and the engine code is also part of the vin.
If you have a c4 behind a 351, it is not the original trans.
