Default Back Tires Rubbing

Hey All,

I got some new wheels last year. I ordered online, and the back tires were bigger (275/60/15) than I expected, but I like the look. I rolled my fenders. I rented a fender roller and heat gun. It ended up being a lot harder that I expected. The rubbing stopped until, I had passengers. The passenger side caught the lip of the fender and popped it back down.

So here are my options:
1. Go to a shop and get the fenders professionally rolled- not sure of the cost
2. Buy two smaller tires for the rear, 275/45/15, and lose and inch and hope thats enough
3. Buy new 5 leaf, leaf springs that add an inch of height- anyone know of springs that will add and inch?

Seeing that I dropped about $1200 on the wheels, I'm also looking for the most cost effective route. I'd love to hear your opinions.

Thanks

Thanks for the idea, but I personally don't like the look of shackles.

Either the wheels have the wrong offset or the springs are sagging/weak. That size tire shouldnt rub on a 67'

Not liking the look would be pretty mild compared to how badly you wouldn't like the normal-driving handling on any road that isn't dead flat and straight. Been there, in a car that wasn't mine, and a couple of miles was more than enough.

Thanks guys. I had replaced the springs a couple of years ago with 4 leaf from Laurel Mnt Mustang.

This may be a good option:

But... I'm wondering if I should stay away from LM products due to the fact the the springs I have now from them are not up to par.

I guess maybe I should go for a 5 leaf spring? Does anyone have any recommendations?

Another option may be lifting blocks.

I just ordered some new springs that are suppose to add an inch. I hope that does the trick. If not, I'll get my fenders rolled.
