Wheel Gap?

Wheel Gap?
O.k. so I got my new 15" rims for my 65 mustang on the car. However the driver side rim/tire is pretty close to the fender about 2 finger width. When I turn the wheel it clears the fender but when I was out driving I heard rubbing when I turned right.
Is there anyway to make the tire sit back an inch? So move it closer to the driver? I thought maybe by doing an alignment or adjustment on the upper or lower control arms? Not sure what else to do.

I will be bringing it in for an alignment. I read that caster can move the wheel back so I figured better bring the stang in and get this done before the weather starts getting really nice here in Wisconsin. THanks Guys!
