i want to put a 351w in a 66 pony. I will be installing the edelbrock 400hp top end kit.

i know 400hp isn't realistic but im not really concerned with hp numbers. I would like to know what you think i could get in a quarter mile with stock gears and street radials as large as the stock pony will take.(or what your getting with a similar set up)

also will this car be street-able?

if you use the Edelebrock RPM cam, stock gears will be very dissapointing.Your 1/4 mile times will not be close to what you think without lower gears and maybe a good torque converter.

Way too many unanswered questions here to even hazard a guess about 1/4 mile times..Yes the car would be streetable with that topend kit...
