Default Posi trac in 8 in rear end

I have a 66 mustang that i put a 347 stroker in a couple years ago, i put in a 8 in rear end. but without posi it really isnt as fun as it could be is there an easy way to put posi in. I dont want to replace the whole rear end but just replace the differential or whatever. any ideas or places to buy would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

try ebays tj1141 "550hp 8 posi" he swears his differentials can withstand the power. and he has good feedback.

Had a shop drop a posi in my 8 inch rear end. works great. shopped it out to make sure it was done right. gear posi or clutch posi were my options, went with the clutch since I'm not gonna race the thing

8" traclocs are cheaper and lighter, and properly built, can withstand decent hp. If you have an automatic vs a manual, its even better. The sudden torgue of a manual is what destroys rear ends and breaks cases, where as automatics pre-load eliminating the sudden impact of hard start. I've gotta new 3:25 tracloc center section I picked up for $600 (?). Look around, you can get decent units for fairly cheap.
