Default TV Cable picture help

I have the 5.0 H.O. and AOD installed in the car........tying up all the loose ends now..........does anyone have a picture of the routing of the TV cable FROM the transmission to the throttle body? Mine does not want to bend and turn the way I think it should. I have NO idea how this cable is supposed to go.

If anyone can provide some pics I'd greatly appreciate it............from where it leaves the trasmission all the way to the throttle body.

".45acp Because shooting something twice is just silly"

Love it! Sorry Im not more help. I think if you do a youtube search for AOD adjustment you will be able to see a couple videos for reference.

Thanks! My issue is the routing at the moment......I've already watched the vids for adjustment........mine just seems to be wrong on the transmission and I need a picture......under a car.......for orientation purposes basically. Supposed to look at a '65 Falcon wagon today with the same setup, so hopefully that will take care of it. Thanks again.

Ughhhh ALLLLRIGGHHTTTT When I get home, if it's not too late, I'll crawl under my 70 and snap some photos. I have a 408w and an AOD. I went through this too. Anyway, I'll post any pics I can take if it's not real late.

I shoot .40 Federal JHP. Opens up an exit hole the size of a silver dollar. No need to shoot twice.

Ok well I went to take some pictures. Getting pics of that is harder than I would've thought. I'm going to lift it tomorrow and climb underneath. The photos I took don't show much of anything of any use.

Any particular pics you need?

Dude, you RULE!!

I need a picture of it mounted to the transmission and how it routes around the transmission on it's way to the throttle body. My AOD cross member is causing some interference I think.......like to see how another is routed.

For example does it go over the top between the tranny and the floor, or does it go under the tailpiece and around and up?

I gotcha. I'll see if I can get the pics tonight. Have to load the 68 on the trailer anyway, so I'll already be out there screwing around.
