Default classic mustang mechanic needed

Hi. I am a new member of the club of Mustang owners. (YAY!!) I purchased a 1964 1/2 Mustang Convertible last summer...my dream car. As I know NOTHING about cars/engines, I am looking for a trusted mechanic who can help. The car runs well, but I have some things I would like to get checked & fixed. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks.

We have a member here who goes by "Waffles". He is in the neck of your woods and is extremely connected, Mustang wise in Detroit. Look him up on the membership and message him.

Thanks for the responses. I ended up going to The Car Guys in Brighton at the suggestion of one of the Forum members. They were great! I appreciate all of your help. And I will be checking out that Shelby club sometime. Thanks.

Jenslad contacted me. The Car Guys are good dudes, they know their stuff and their prices are reasonable.

Jenslad, I'm a salesman at Brighton Ford. Stop on by sometime with your car and ask for Eric. I'd love to meet you and see your ride!
