But I did take it on the first real test drive and the suspension felt REAL good when I hit a turn hard. Car is staying very level.

Thanks for the kind words, definitely still a project! Here is a short list of things to do soon:
bumpsteer (tie rod) adjustment
install 1" shock spacers
borgeson conversion
shim upper control arm for more caster (inc. new alignment of -.3 camber 4.5+ degrees caster and 1/8" toe in)
tinman subframe connectors
figure out how to grease between leafs
figure out new sway bar/ make old one work

Hey guys, first update in awhile. So here's the latest:
How the car sat before (as shown in previous pics) I decided was just too low in front for a street car. It had extremely little travel left in it before hitting the bumpstops. I bit the bullet and ordered a new set of springs, which I cut 1/3 out of instead of a whole coil like before. Here's what else happened:

Adjusted lower control arm plates to correct camber after ride height increase.

Added shims to front control arm bolt to both increase caster and to place the wheel a little bit back in the wheel. This made a noticeable difference as I am finally getting return to center on the steering wheel! Just what I wanted

I am getting ready to test fit v belts for the saginaw power steering/borgeson setup now, after adjusting the camber once more.

I hardly ever find time and a place to do work on the car (sucks not being able to own a place w/a garage) but just getting a little bit closer has given me GO fever.

I will take decent pics at somepoint, both of the car and the borgeson install. Looks like it'll be cake.
