Default Radiator fluid is slowly leaking, need options

So my radiator fluid is slowly leaking on my '67 coupe. It is an aluminum unit, I don't know the manufacturer, the mechanic I was working with at the time got it for me. I swapped out the thermostat and inlet hose last summer, so maybe now is the time to change out the bottom hose. I also noticed two metallic/hardline hoses coming from the bottom of the radiator, could they be transmission coolers?

If it turns out the radiator does need to be replaced, what do you guys recommend? One of the shops I go to that works specifically on Mustangs said they use Scott Drake radiators, previously they used Champions and had too many issues with them. I've heard some negative things about Scott Drake, so I'm a bit leery about putting it in my car, which is my daily driver.

So what reliable options do I have? I have heard of ECP and Griffin, both seem to get good reviews but ECP isn't advertised as "Made in USA" like Griffin is. Both have two year warranties, ECP says some of their products have a lifetime warranty if specified. Price between the two is over $200, the Griffin being $444 and the ECP being $200, which would be a nice chunk of money saved or spent on other parts. The Scott Drake radiator is about $350.

Any other recommendations, or +1's for the Scott Drake, ECP or Griffin?

Champion, never heard of anyone having issues with them other than minor fitment issues (I too had to tweak my radiator support a bit to get the 4 row to fit in my 67). Most of the other stuff is majorly over priced and I have heard of people having issues wit them.

Are you leaking coolant or is it just disappearing? If it's just disappearing then do you have an overflow tank and what condition is the line to the tank? (though you'd notice that since there'd be evidence of coolant leaking). Otherwise it could be a head or intake gasket, or possibly the timing cover. What does the oil look and smell like, are the plugs wet, does the exhaust ever smell like coolant etc?

+1 on the Champion Radiators. Mine was priced below $165 and I am very happy with it, I went through 5 radiators before I went to Champion, and it cost me close to a thousand dollars to date ($750 for machining warped head and valve job, gallons of anti-freeze, thermostats, and a lot of other stuff).

Check out an earlier post of mine documenting my experience with the 1965 Mustang cooling system:

I wouldn't pay 300 bucks for a radiator I don't care who made it.

I get radiators from an ebay store called radiator classics, I have used them for several different cars , ( seems like every car I buy needs a radiator first thing ). never had a problem with there stuff and there fairly priced. Ran one in my 94 and never had a problem, of course I seem to keep cars about as long as I keep batteries in the remote lol.

Here is one from both radiator classic , and another from champion on ebay.
Not sure on the hose configuration they both look different places for the lower hose.
