hi, if you rebuild the bottom it will cost you a grand by itself, if you want cheap upgradres.

HEADS

install screw in studs = 80.00

pocket port them = 350.00

back cut intake valves = 20.00

valve job = ?

CAM - COMP XE262H OR 265 DEH.

COMPRESSION - If you have dished pistons, not flat top you can't do much other than mill your current heads .025" from stock or buy ones with smaller chambers.

TORQUE CONVERYER - Buy a 2200 rpm stall from summit racing. this will get you off the line quicker and roast the tires more.

CARB - 600 summit brand. it has annular boost venturis. these give more hp and tq from 0 - 5800 rpm than non annular carbs.

Long tube headers. Performer RPM intake if it isn't already. Might need to jump up to 650cfm but I'm no expert. Heads will be most expensive but also give you the most gains. Cam.

Cam, long tube headers and a real good tune. Don't chase a number, "seat of the pants" dyno works best for most unless you're competing.

All I can say, Bro., is that after all that you've obviously done to that car you've still got money left over, I (and probably a bunch of others!) envy you! Having said that, based on your stated budget, I'd do what a couple of the others said and go with a top-end upgrade (cam, heads, intake, carb). Look into going with a hydraulic roller cam. Edelbrock has a good one for older SBFs, and Comp Cams does, too. Don't go crazy on the carb, though. About 650 cfm maximum would be all you really need on the street. With the right combo...an extra 50-80 HP out of your current setup should be easy.
