another water pump/timing cover question

another water pump/timing cover question
I just purchased the March serpentine set up. It requires a reverse rotation waterpump. (counter clockwise) I picked one up and all the bolt holes line up with my 66 style timing cover however, there is one bolt hole on the drivers side timing cover and no bolt hole in the waterpump.
my question is, do I need to swap out the timing cover so it is exact or is the single bolt difference not a problem? I have also not searched all the model water pumps on the market. I know there is 4 different types. two different rotations, and two different intake locations.
Can one of you please post if you have the info. I am going to start assemble today.
thanks

the first pic is the new counter clockwise water pump
the second is my early style timing cover
the third is my old water pump
you will notice that on the timing cover there are two red dots. they mark the holes that are in the timing cover but not the pump. my old pump did have those holes. all the other holes line up. can i just install the new pump and not install the two bolts? maybe seal the holes with rtv?

SO if you look here https://www.google.com/search?q=must....0%3B720%3B785
you will see the different types of timing covers. the new reverse rotation pump clearly uses a different timing cover. However, it appears that only the two mounting holes are different. does anyone know if I can use the old style cover with a new reverse rotation pump?

I'd be concerned about the timing cover leaking at the block honestly. I've had them seep slightly in that location when those bolts aren't tight enough. If you can find a new style cover or a good pic, see if it looks sturdier in that area. If it is, then you know they designed the newer covers to not use those bolts.
