Starting issues
I recently put in a new Voltage regulator and starter thinking either one of these were the culprit for starting issues. After poking at a few things the car still won't turn over.
The Alternator, starter solenoid and ignition coil are also less than two months old. Any thoughts?

Hold the key in start position, have an assistant using a test lamp check for current at the starter relay connection to the starter. If there is current, there is a problem at the starter, maybe bad solenoid. If no current, check the red/blue wire on the relay for current, again with the key in start position. If there is current, the relay is not functional. If no current, there is a break in the red/blue wire or a fault at the ignition switch or possibly the neutral switch if one is fitted.

I replaced the battery when I got the car in early December. I replaced the ground wires at the same time as I did the battery because the old ones were not looking good.
Would dead fuses cause something like this? I know I probably should have looked at them sooner but getting at them requires to have a contortionist on hand or removing the driver seat.
