Default rotisserie

hopefully in the spring time i will be able to get my '67 coupe on a rotisserie. i have never used one before. what components of the car should and should not be on it in order to use it safely and to prevent the car body from twisting and distorting? of course the engine, tranny, and rear end will be out. the floors are cut out right now. i also will replace the torque box. what metal work should be done before putting it on the rotisserie? thanks in advance.
