What kind of power??
Just got a 69 mustang coupe it seems to have been done up pretty nice but since I live in PA and the weather is HORRIBLE I haven't got to do anything but puts it up and done driveway to feel the ride. I have had many many newer cars and older bowties and am very familiar with them and what kinds of power they have and can make but older fords I am a novice. Just looking for what kind of power the motor should be making and possible 1/4 mile times for this set up. I have lots planned for next winter but I gotta keep it as is for this summer.
specs:
302
Crane fireball cam .484 lift .216 duration (have the spec sheet)
10.5:1 pistons (told this can't confirm)
valve job on heads (can't confirm)
1.6 roller rockers
Performer RPM intake
edlbrock 600CFM carb
2800 stall converter and shift kit in tranny
4:10 gears
Suggestions for next year and what I have or am working with now are appriciated.

Other than valves springs and rockers stock heads. Also long tube headers. I realize suspension and tires can really change 1/4 times but I'm looking for a ball park. Will it break into 13's at all?

Like one of the other posters mentioned, suspension is a strong point. No sense in getting too carried away with big engines if not getting torque in right places or loose control of the car before you get to the end.
Traction bars, upgraded front sway bar, install a rear sway bar, monte carlo bar, hopefully frame is good or been reinforced to prevent twisting, and may want to look at angling the rear end 3 degrees.
Front suspension - I am now partial to the Mustang 2 but there are better but more expensive options out there.
Since only going 1/4 mile, not sure how much lift and drag you have to worry about but gotta to imagine that's something to look at too.
That's my two cents - only worth a penny

I will probably only hit the track once before making the car to my liking. I guess I am looking for that cool seat of the pants feel. I have had 3 GT's in the 2000's and a Mach1 so I love my mustangs this is my first old one. I am guessing with my limited 302 knowledge that this set up is 315-325 horse at the crank maybe 225ish at wheels?? am I on the right page?
Complete rear susupention overhaul and a stroker motor are on the list for next year if I keep the car.

The factory power ratings aren't the same as modern power ratings. The factory 210hp engines are actually like 185hp.
It has suffocating factory heads and a wheezy cam. The factory heads on 302 engines are actually the biggest choke point. A good cam and a set of heads and the engine would easily make 350-375hp at the crank as it sits. A well built 302 these days is around 380-400hp give or take with good parts (ie, spend a fair bit of coin). And performance wise in a classic, a 302 stomps the dog **** out of the 4.6...they're cheaper to build, take up significantly less space, and weigh less. Though, they also vibrate less and make less noise and tend to get slightly better mileage.
