Default 69 Mach 1 suspension and brake upgrade

So I'm working on a frame up restoration on a 69 Mach 1 I just bought and I'm not sure on a lot of aspects. First problem comes in with the suspension/breaking upgrade.

I'm not looking to do any road racing but I would like to go fast and I'm not the type to half *** a project so I've been looking into the Heidts IFS system in the front. I'd like to go a little cheaper in the rear but still get a good upgrade. I'm looking to squat the whole car, 2" in the front and 1" in the rear. I can get the 2" in the front with the drop spindles and the 1" in the rear with mid eye leafs.

My question comes in with the spring ratings I should go with front and back. If anyone has any better ideas I'm all ears, thanks for the help.

I think most here will agree that this will be sufficient for you:
disc brake conversion
shelby drop
new control arms/ strut rods
roller perches
subframe connectors
good shocks
4.5 or 5 leaf springs with mid or reverse eye
monte carlo bar
overhaul steering or borgeson conversion
nice alignment per ORP's specs

I am nearly finished rebuilding my 69's steering and suspension. However, I was looking to take turns as my primary goal. Here's my setup
ORP roller track arms upper and lower
ORP double roller perches
560lb 1" drop springs with 1 coil cut
1" sway bar front
street or track solid strut rods
1.5" shelby drop
monte carlo brace
gas a just in front, stock shocks rear
4.5 reverse eye leafs
70' spindles
street or tracks older 13" sn95 cobra brake conversion (stops on a dime!)
tinman subframe connectors are soon to be added

Spring ratings are figured out for you if you stay with stock style suspension. Let me know if you have any questions, I know these front ends well now!

Maier Racing for suspension and Wilwood for brakes. Maier uses Wilwood also so they can advise something.
