Need Help, Have 2 '73 Mustangs (1 Fastback and 1 Coupe)
Hey fellas. Need your expert opinions...
I have two 1973 Mustangs - 1 Fastback and 1 Coupe. I originally bought the Fastback to fix up and it came with a cool story (was on a TV show). It is currently in primer state but I'm afraid I'm going to find more rust issues behind it once I sand it all down . It has 351 Cleveland and C6 Auto Trans. I've already poured ~$10K into this Fastback including the car (mainly engine and mechanical work). Bought the coupe as a parts car but the irony is that it's actually in a lot better shape than the Fastback is in. Right now, I am currently selling both of them... but I'm having second thoughts. My goal as of now is to make money out of it or at least break-even. Reason for having second thoughts is that since the coupe is in really good condition, would I have a better chance at getting my money back by building it and sell it? Of course will be using the parts from the Fastback that has been done instead of buying new parts.
What do you guys think?
Pics - will post more pictures later of the Coupe.

I will take pictures of the actual rust this weekend. The rust issue wouldn't be a problem for a welder, but I am not a welder. I'm more of a paint body & electronic type of a guy. It's probably a good idea for me to sell everything... check your pm.

craigslist and ebay are good places to try to sell it.
if your in the valley you can take it to mckellips just east of scottsdale road to the classic car dealer there and let them try to sell it.

well if its registered and the body is perfectly straight and the paint does not look like a one day paint job, then my guess is around 10k but it will still be a slow mover.
