Default Transmission and Third member upgrade

I need help in selecting gear ratios for my 69 Mach 1.

I'm building up the 351W motor to a 450/500hp machine. I've upgraded the suspension to Heidts coilover front and rear with disc brakes all the way around.

I want to put a 5 speed Hurst manual tranny with a Currie rear end kit. I honestly don't have a clue what gearing to put in there.

This car won't see a drag strip, road racing, or many highway miles. It's is more of a Sunday driver that I can show off in. Any and all help will be much appreciated.

3.90-4.11 if you are just gonna cruise. Really, anything from 2.75 up to 4.11 will work; however, you will find it hard not to break traction with the 2.75-3.00's.
Best,
Al

I got 3.90s and wouldn't mind going to 4.11s, however if gas mileage is of concern 3.73s would be a good all around!

OP said Hurst 5 speed, not T5...
Given the OP's goals, I don't even see a need for a 5 speed.
