I started my car to warm it up. It ran for about 10 min and then stalled out. I started it again and it stalled out after about 5 min. Now car won't start at all. Thought it was out if gas but that was not it. Tested fuel pump, changed plugs, changed starter solenoid, new ignition coil, tune up done about a month ago new plugs, wires, points, condenser, cap, rotor, new fuel sending unit new radiator. Tried starter fluid in carb still doesn't start. Any thoughts or possible solutions? Thanks in advance.

If it won't start on starter fluid, ( you did not say if it fired but I assume not) it must be ignition or valves. Since it ran for 10 minutes, I think you can rule out valves. If you have a timing light, see if a plug is firing. It may be that the ignition switch has gone bad (intermittent) or that the resistor wire has burned out. Also check the neutral switch if automatic or the neutral switch jumper if manual. These can go bad but usually once started don't kill the engine.
Even though the points were just changed, the distributor plate threaded hole may be worn and you have lost your gap. An open capacitor /condenser will cause the points to pit quickly, but a shorted one will stop the engine.
If someone replaced the resistor wire, you could have a fried new coil or a cracked one. The timing light test will tell you this. While you have the light out check the static timing while cranking.
Last but unlikely, you could have jumped time. Was there blow back out of the carb when you tried the starting fluid?

After going over everything again I decided to change the coil wire and the condenser. Bingo. Car starts up. It was the condenser. I just did a tune up about two months ago and replaced the condenser but I guess it was just bad. Thanks for the advice! Going to take it for a drive tomorrow and hopefully everything will be good. Thanks again.

Just finished an 1100 mile drive from Canada to Delaware last month in a new Classic addition, though not a stang. Arrived home, parked in the driveway and unloaded a few things. Neither of us felt like cooking for dinner so I jumped in the car to go grab a quick pizza. Click click click... Go figure! Turned out it was the ignition module in the HEI distributor and the module was only a month old. Quick trip to the parts store and 5 minutes later working fine. Funny how some things just go outta the blue. Glad you got it working!
