Driver side headlight
I just bought aftermarket halogen bulbs for my 1967 mustang, and one headlight appears to be out. It had a vet ver dim glow about it, like it wasn't getting enough power or something. So I put in a new bulb, but it looked the same as the old one. (I.e. Still looks like it's burnt out) I'm assuming it isn't the bulb, so what else could it be?

The draw on the new bulbs might be too much for the stock wiring harness. Also, check the grounds and lastly pull your headlight switch. The stock switch, as well, probably won't be able to handle the extra load. You'll most likely have to get a new one. Lastly, not sure if this would be a factor, but are you running a stock ~30ish amp three wire generator still? If yes, then you might want to upgrade to one wire 130ish amp alternator. It will provide you extra juice to those lights as well as your upgraded stereo system and other stuff that you have that didn't come stock in the car.

Check output to the bulb socket see if the meter says its 12v.... If yes then...
With the bulb plugged in and running check volts (maybe from the back of the connector) and see if there is serious voltage sag under load
