Default 1964 1/2 generator problem

Hello Mustang people. I have a problem. I spent the winter restoring my father inlaws Stang. Its all done and ready to be shipped to him except for one issue. The generator light. It comes on under hard acceleration. It has a new batt and new regulator. Im getting 14 plus volts at the field lug on the generator but it drops off under acceleration. Ive also checked all the grounds and replaced most ground straps. I have also fielded the generator. Im a Mopar guy (sorry) so this generator stuff is new to me. and help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks Blony

It sounds like a loose or warn belt.
