i would escalate with CJPP. They have no basis to refuse a return of defective part. The worse they can do is force TMI to deal with it.

The sad thing is even if they give you another one, it's just a matter of time before it will do the same thing.

Here is a comparison. After my two weeks of dismay. I have a side by side comparison of the two headliners. Both are one piece units with basically the same installation method.

I have never made a video of myself, or reviewed a product. But here it is

ugh, hate companies that do that. I was looking at getting a bunch of parts through them but if they aren't gonna take care of a customer return my dollars will go elsewhere. If it was shipped by US mail you can try mail fraud- Federal offense, has some teeth :-)

I don't mean to put down CJ just based on this situation here. I have purchased several things from them in the past and it went smooth.
In this case, the product was drop shipped so I don't think they even put their hands on it. Hiwever, I bought the product from them not tmi. So in my opinion they should handle the problem, not push me off to someone else.
But I have to say Mustangs to Fear, especially Rich and Susie saved my day. They are really professional and surprised the hell out of me. In doing so, I will be their customer for life and am already making a list of other parts to purchase from them.
The headliner they have is really nice and great quality.
