Default Found this "How To Identify a GT" web site

Hi all,
Surfin around today I found this web site on how to tell if it is a real GT. Seems like it has some good specs if you are doing a mod to a GT or buying one. http://www.kcode.net/GT65-66.htm

that website only pertains to 65-66 mustang but not 67-69. 1967 was the first year a GT could be ordered with a 289 2v. the only way i can tell its a real GT is by reading the steering box tag. As im sure you know GT's came with a quiker steering ratio, and if it is a GT the tag should have a K somewhere on it, while standard were an L or an T. That and the sway bars are a dead give a way.
