I agree the styled steel wheels are very nice. I am using them on my 67. 2 questions will 15' wheels leave enough fender clearance up front and if you have disc brakes you may have to grind the calipers a bit. you wont have to grind much though well worth the effort.

Back in 79 I had 15' aluminum slots, the front tires rubbed the fenders. My ole man painted the car while I was in basic training and would'nt let me even move the car until I put different wheels on it. The 14' wheels with 215 70 14 tires look good, handle ok and fit.

as long as you have similar backspacing, height and width on the tires, what wheel size you have doesn't really make a difference, if I wasn't so tired I'd do some calculations and give you some tire sizes that would fit fine with 15" wheels

for reference, our mustang works fine with it's 14" wheels, and 235 60 14's, which are just over 24" tall and around 9" wide, not sure on the backspacing though

I've been a fan of the cragar style 5 spoke wheels for quite a while...

Upsizing always improves looks IMO. If you currently have 14's w/ say (for example) 225/60/R14's thatwouldgive you anoverall height (rim & tire)of ~24.6".

If you upsize your rim to 15" you have to adjust your tire aspect ratio (the 60 in 225/60/R14). So now get a lower profile tire 225/55/R15 will give you an overall height of ~24.7".

So if you wish you cango w/ 16" or even17" (235/40/R17 ~24.4" overall height)wheels as long as you adjust the tire. Not only does upsizing improve looks but it also improves handling.

What is your cuurent TIRE size?, Do you want the same width tire or do you want to go a bit wider?
