Yeah, I guess that it would be better than nothing. I'm pursuing legal action against this guy. I wanted to avoid this by talking to the guy. However, he stopped answering his phone and doesn't answer emails. I just wanted to know if anyone knew this guy. He has posted here under the ID "fanaticclassics". It's the same ID he used on ebay and now he is no longer a registered user on ebay.

If you sent him the money you should have his adress. it comes up when you get your payment details. go get your money! if you live around conway ar. ill go with you and we will take it out of his ass! but you do need to report him to ebay!

Damn dude I wish I did live closer. I live in Virginia. Appreciate the offer though. I used paypal to pay him but I can't get any information from ebay or paypal other than the phone number I have already. Damn I wish I knew someone in Sacramento!

If you have a phone number, try using Google and enter in his number and see what comes up. Use the reverse directories available online.
Do you have an email address? You can use the above methods to try to track him down.
Another thing you can do is contact people who have left feedback for him on eBay and ask if they have any information on him. All they can do is say no.

I tried googling his phone number and came up with a local online classified ad in sacramento. I tried the reverse method but since it was a cell phone I didn't get far at all. I never thought about using the feedbacks of others. I'll check that out right now. Thanks for the tip!!
