The guy's name is Kevin Kemp. He posted here on Mustang forums under the name fanaticclassics. I won an auction on ebay from this guy for a 8.8" rear end which he never sent to me. After examining the photos, I discovered that the rear end was actually a 7.5". I've been calling this guy since the 10th about a refund and on the 12th he stopped answering his cell phone. If anybody knows this guy let him know I want my money back and am looking into pressing charges against him on Monday. So it would be in his best interest to call me and settle this. He knows exactly who I am. Any assistance from my fellow stangers would be greatly appreciated. P.M. me if you have anything. Thanks!

I got nothing. I took his pictures to the ford dealer here and they told me that it was a 7.5. I told kevin this and he said he would give me a refund but he then stopped taking my calls.

yeah and as long as you pait thru paypal, you should be able to get in touch with them and they should be able to get your money back for you. i had a friend who had to do that after a bad sale.

Thanks guys! I have filed a complaint through paypal. They stated that since he didn't have paypal buyer protection, I will have to go through ebay. I found out that ebay will only guarantee that I will get 175.00 back. This has totally pissed me off.
