Ford 460 BB question

ok i have an oppurtunity to geta 460 BB form a mid 70s lincoln with tranny for around $500-$600 i was wondering what it would be worth, it has the c-6 i belive, i have no idea what the miles are, but the body that it was in looked very clean. this woudl be all wiring harnesses radiator, etc... any guestimates would be helpful

That engine isnt really worth anything unless you build it up. Stock, they werent anything special, from a performance perspective.

any of the 460's older than 72 have ****ty heads, if your getting it for performance then your gonna want pre 72 heads (aka DOVE, or C8 or C9VE
