if you payed by credit card or bank card just call the bank and explain the problem and they will reverse the transaction after they try to contact the company and ask for pod of some sorts
If you live in Colorado, never to to Classic and Performance Mustangs. It is essentially a business made up of con artists who screw anyone and everyone over, including a 16 year old who is in debt for his car. their website is classicmustangs.com, so never order anything from there either!

Think I'll subscribe to this thread as it could be fun to see where everyone has had issues. Always pay via a credit card! Mastercard is the best as their fraud policy rocks for the buyer. Visa is great also. Discover can raise issues and takes a bit longer though thye have always been good for me. I've been making online purchases since '94 and have had a number of fraud claims made against companies. I've never had issues with reversing the charges.
Best of luck!

i used to order EVERYTHING from NPD, and still order a lot of stuff from them, they have always treated me right, plus its only about a 45 minute drive from my house
BUT i have found that the best place to get stuff is at my local napa, thats where i got almost all of my suspension parts from, and the bearings for my steering box
PLUS, the guys at my local napa rock, sometimes people look down on a 17 year old kid buying parts, but these guys are always helpful, and they know their stuff
green-blur i hate to hear you are still having trouble with that company

man i HATE stuff like that. Especially when you are telling them what you need and they just assume you have no idea what you are talking about and try to sell you the wrong stuff.

Sorry guys, I'm going to have to lock this thread. This is a tech site, not a gripe about bad vendor site. If you feel strongly about being wronged by a vendor....let everyone know over in Off Topic.
